The Turnbury neighborhood is close to the Raleigh International Airport, making air travel easy and convenient for residents and visitors to the area.

Turnbury, although small, is a desirable neighborhood in the Raleigh area. It is is close to shopping, schools, and Raleigh attractions. It is also close to Highway 17, making traveling the state and city easy and convenient.
