The North Greensboro Street area of Carrboro, North Carolina, begins at a fork in the road at Hillsborough Road and continues to West Main Street. A number of courts and dead-end streets are located on North Greensboro Street and a variety of housing options are available in the area. Thomas Lane, Sue Ann Court, and Todd Street are dead-end streets that feature townhouses and apartments. Hanna Street has small single family cottages. Neighborhood schools include Pace Academy on Legion Road. Pace Academy is a public charter high school.
The Charles Herman Wilson Park is located off North Greensboro Street between Thomas Lane and Williams Street. The park offers several lighted tennis courts, a playground, a youth baseball field, picnic areas with grills, and access to the Adam’s Tract Trail System. The park also offers tennis lessons, many nature programs, and summer educational programs.
