Lost Valley Apartments for Rent(hide neighborhood information)
The Lost Valley neighborhood is a recent subdivision in the Raleigh-Durham area. Lost Valley runs along Ebenezer Church Road, from Lost Valley Road to Aztec Road on the northwest side of Raleigh.
The residences in Lost Valley are single-family homes, many with more than 3,500 square feet of living space. This Raleigh neighborhood still contains some land for sale to build custom homes. The community is exclusive, and many of the homes sell above the $500,000 range. Builders construct these residences to order, with many upgrades and options available for discriminating homeowners.
Across Ebenezer Church Road to the west is the William B. Umstead Park, a North Carolina State Park. The park has more than 5,000 acres of wooded land in the middle of the cities of Cary and Raleigh. It features a bridle and bike trail, picnic areas, and paths to walk through the woods and observe nature. Big Lake is in the park and has a boathouse. It offers many miles of great shoreline fishing. Umstead Park is an oasis of nature in one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country.
North Carolina is synonymous with golf, and Lost Valley residents have their choice of courses. A short drive east is the Wildwood Green Golf Club, a semi-private club set within a beautifully wooded terrain. Lake Shore Golf Course is a public course open year round, weather permitting. For those residents more interested in a country-club environment, Preston Woods Country Club has amenities such as a pool, tennis, a world-class restaurant, and 54 holes of championship golf.
