In addition to being within walking distance of Ammons Reservoir, Jubilee Village is also located directly across the street and within walking distance of Ailey Young Park. The 15-acre park offers something for the entire family and includes basketball courts and a playground. A baseball field is located at the park for neighborhood baseball games, and picnic tables are available for afternoon picnics.
Children living in Jubilee Village attend Heritage Elementary, Heritage Middle School, and Wake Forest-Rolesville High School. North Carolina State University is approximately 15 miles from the neighborhood.
Jubilee Village is accessed off East Juniper Avenue and consists of only one street — Juniper Court. Houses along Juniper Court were built between 1988 and 1991 and are located on moderate-size lots. Most homes in Jubilee Village are single-story homes, although homes vary in architecture.
The neighborhood of Jubilee Village is approximately 18 miles from the Raleigh/Durham International Airport, allowing easy access into and out of Raleigh.
