The quiet streets of Helton in north Apex are lined with a mix of old and new construction dwellings, all set on wooded lots along shaded streets. Helton’s prime location near Highway 64, Highway 55, and Highway 1, makes for easy commutes to business centers in the Research Triangle Park and downtown Raleigh.

Some of North Carolina’s best shopping is near Apex, including Crabtree Valley Mall and Cary Towne Center. Bargain hunters enjoy Morrisville Outlet Center, and the new Streets of Southpointe in Durham was named one of “10 great places to spend it all in one place” by USA Today.
