- Restrictions: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There are no weight restrictions. There will be a $200 charge (one-time non refundable fee) All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per unit. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (includes pitbulls, doberman pinchers, german shepards, akitas, chows, or any mixture of aggressive breeds).
