- Colonial Grand at Matthews Commons, welcomes your furry family members! Our upfront pet fee is a onetime charge of $400 for one pet and $500 for two pets (non-refundable). Additional pet rent is applied per pet at $10 per month. Maximum number of pets per apartment home is two and combined weight shall not exceed 75 lbs. Aggressive breeds restricted. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with community personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
