Pet Policies:
- If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
- Restrictions: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $350 charge (one time non-refundable fee) for the first pet. An additional $100 charge (one time non-refundable) for the 2nd pet. The pet fee is due on or before the residents move-in date. There will be a monthly pet rent of $15 per month (for one pet). If the resident has 2 pets there will be a pet rent of $20 per month. *No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
