Barclay Downs Apartments for Rent

A charming community, Barclay Downs consists of roughly 400 houses on expansive, manicured lawns framing wide, tree-lined streets. This sought-after neighborhood offers great schools and nearby shopping. Barclay Downs is located between Runnymede Lane and Wickersham Road west of Colony Road, five miles south of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina.

This family-oriented community is north of Southpark Mall, a major upscale shopping mall with several major retailers and small boutiques. Myers Park Country Club is north of Barclay Downs, while Quail Hollow Country Club is four miles south. Queens University of Charlotte, a private liberal arts college founded in 1857, is two miles north.
