Pet Policies
Cat: Up to 2 are permitted
- No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $200 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $150 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
