- Fees and Monthly pet rent are based on weight, 0-50 Lbs is a $250 nonrefundable fee and $15 monthly pet rent, over 50 lbs is a $350 nonrefundable fee and $20 monthly pet rent for the first pet, an additional $100 fee and $10 for a second pet.
