Eastside Park is a Greensboro, North Carolina neighborhood located parallel to Ohenry Boulevard, starting on the east side of Moton Drive. Peachtree Street is its northern boundary, with Bingham Street following its eastern parameter. Spencer Street is the southernmost street contained within its borders.

Neighborhood residents are actively involved in the development of this community. Revitalization efforts have resulted in rehabilitation and renovation of some of the apartments in Eastside Park. Along with this, dilapidated homes have been demolished, and nonprofit housing developers and providers have acquired a number of lots. Affordable housing has been one of the goals behind these efforts.

2002 brought about the building of the Eastside Park Community Center, located just off of Gillespie Street. The community center serves as a gathering place for local events. National Night Out is one of these events, held annually in neighborhoods throughout the United States to promote crime prevention.

Saint Mark Holy United Church is on Gillespie Street and within Eastside Park, at the opposite end of the neighborhood from the community center.

Gillespie Street serves to bring the neighborhood residents to nearby businesses and services within moments. Following it brings one to East Market Street, just blocks away. The University of North Carolina Greensboro complex is situated kitty-corner from Eastside Park, on the opposite side of East Market Street and Ohenry Boulevard, offering quick access for Eastside Park residents who wish to attend.
