The Apartments at Legacy Drive are the perfect place to call home! Whether you're looking for a starter home or a retirement home, the Apartments at Legacy Drive is the place to be. Our community offers you peace and quiet within the cozy country setting of the Village of Baldwinsville, NY. Nestled on 12 acres of beautifully landscaped property we offer our residents a peaceful and serene setting. Our convenient location is close to retail stores, supermarkets, banks and gas stations, as well as, many other places you may wish to visit. Beaver Lake Nature Center is only a couple of miles down the road and is a wonderful place to canoe, kayak, walk the mulched paths around the lake or picnic on the lawn. There is a nature exhibit and gift shop as well. Each of our luxurious apartments is approximately 1,000 square feet, with wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. Our kitchens feature granite counter tops, energy star appliances, garbage disposal, lots of cabinetry and full-size appliances. Our large bathrooms feature a granite countertop vanity, a large linen closet and ceiling vent fan. You also have zoned heating that you control for your bathroom, living and dining rooms and both bedrooms. Every apartment has air conditioning and either a balcony or patio. We provide blinds on all the windows. Third floor units have the added features of vaulted ceilings, side by side refrigerators with water and ice dispensers, a built- in microwave and a dishwasher. Each building has an elevator and a laundry center on every floor. The Apartments at Legacy Drive offer our resident’s a sparkling, heated swimming pool with lifeguard, a community stainless steel barbeque and a gazebo, with seating—all centrally located on our property for you to enjoy. We also offer oversized 24’ by 12’ garages that can be rented. The Apartments at Legacy Drive are Pet-Friendly and is happy to welcome your pet into our community. Residents get together in our beautiful Clubhouse/Community Room for regularly scheduled social events such as Bingo, Bunko and Ceramics. During the summer months they often gather for outdoor barbecues by the pool. You may reserve our Clubhouse/Community Room for private events such as birthday parties, baby and wedding showers or family game night.
