Vineyard Northwest is not generally a walkable neighborhood. A car is required to run most errands and there are only a few amenities within walking distance. Several bus routes however are available throughout to connect this neighborhood to other popular areas of the city.
Residents looking for a place to walk, run or simply enjoy the fresh air can take advantage of a variety of parks conveniently located nearby. Oak Park, Knoches Park, Seven Oaks Park and Brush Creek Park are a few of the several neighborhood parks found in the surrounding areas.
