It’s bordered to the north by East Bannister Road and to the south by Interstate-470. James A. Reed Road serves as its western border, while South Raytown Road serves as its eastern border.

There are also lots of things to do within easy walking and driving distance. The Cave Spring Association Museum is three miles to its north. The Raytown Historical Society Museum is four miles to its north, while the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art is eight and a half miles to its northwest. The Grandview Depot Museum, which offers permanent and rotating exhibits, is four and a half miles to its southwest.
