The Old Shoe Factory District is at the epicenter of downtown Columbia. Surrounded by three colleges, the district is the center of college life in the city. Stephens Park, just minutes away on East Broadway, covers 116 acres, including more than 2 miles of trails, playgrounds, waterfalls, a swimming beach, and for those that do not want to be too far away, free Wifi Internet access. Golfers can drive just a bit further east to take on the 18-hole golf course at Columbia Country Club.
