The largest section of the Massachusetts Military Reservation, Camp Edwards, was established in 1911. The other portions of the reservation consist of Otis Air National Guard Base and Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod. Camp Edwards is a military training installation with two training centers for National Guard troops, and it is home to the 3rd Battalion, 126th Aviation.
Camp Edwards is located on beautiful Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts – a county formed as part of the original Plymouth Colony in 1685. This charming, historic area is dotted with elegant New England seaside villages, and many of them will feature apartments near Camp Edwards. Look in Plymouth, Carver, Wareham, Bourne, Rochester, Sandwich, Barnstable, Hyannis, Osterville, Mashpee, and Falmouth.
