Dog: Up to 2 are permitted

  • We welcome dogs and cats, up to two per apartment. The carpeting in the apartment must be at least three years old to be considered pet friendly. Dogs must not be more than 45 pounds at maturity. Management reserves the right to restrict breeds and any breed that will exceed the allowed weight at maturity. Pet Fees are $300.00 for the first pet and $150.00 for the second and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
