For sports lovers, the Louisville Slugger Museum is located on the corner of South 8th Street and West Main Street. It is easily recognizable by the world’s biggest bat leaning up against its exterior. Not far from here, just down from Main Street, is a one-of-a-kind cultural and international educational experience at the Muhammad Ali Center.

Back on West Main Street, follow it to find opportunities to visit the Louisville Science Center, the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, the Actors Theater of Louisville, and the KFC Yum Center, to name just a few of its attractions. The last stop on this road before leaving the Central business District at Interstate 65 is Louisville Slugger Field.
