The Green Acres neighborhood is within walking distance of the Anthony Middle School and is close to the Bergman Elementary School, churches, and restaurants. Sunset Zoo, located on Oak Street, is 10 minutes south of Green Acres. A small city zoo, it features several varieties of animals plus a butterfly garden. The zoo offers programs for kids, including camps and animal adoptions.
