East Topeka North is a neighborhood in Topeka, Kansas in the 66607 zip code. The borders of the neighborhood are Southeast 6th Avenue and Southwest 6th Avenue on the south, Northwest Topeka Boulevard on the west, the Union Pacific railroad tracks and the Kansas River on the north, and Eastborough Park on the east. This is a mature neighborhood with many of the homes being bungalows from the 1920s. The streets are quiet and tree-lined. The neighborhood is due east of downtown and a short and easy drive.

There are two city parks in the neighborhood. Eastborough Park is a 3.4-acre park with basketball courts, a playground, picnic tables, and grills. Ripley Park is a 13-acre park with basketball courts, picnic tables and grills, a playground, and tennis courts.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Church is located in the neighborhood. This is a very active Roman Catholic Church that offers Mass in both English and Spanish. They also host bingo on the second Tuesday of the every month. They have a flourishing youth group for teens from seventh grade up and there is a Knights of Columbus council that is active in the parish.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church is also located within the neighborhood, as is Holy Family Catholic School. Holy Family offers grades pre-K through grade 8.

Scott Computer Technology Magnet School is located in the East Topeka North neighborhood. This is not a neighborhood school, but as a magnet school, it accepts students from all over the city. Potential students must apply for acceptance. Computer studies are the main focus of the school.

When East Topeka North residents need to grocery shop, there is an IGA just a few miles north in the Oakland neighborhood.
