We love living at Washington Heights because it's more than just our apartment, it's our home. When we began our search, we were looking for a large master bedroom to accommodate our king sized bed, a fitness center and an apartment close to my office. We found all of those things and more at Washington Heights. The Maintenance Team at Washington Heights is outstanding. They are polite, knowledgeable and understanding of my schedule when the hospital calls me in to do an overnight shift. Jamie even helped me find the studs to wall mount our television when we moved in. Washington Heights goes above and beyond for their residents. Amanda and Jessica plan monthly activities and even do drawings for prizes and gift cards. Last month, they hosted a Shop and Go party and gave me a chance to get a heads up on my shopping without having to fight the crowds the day after Thanksgiving. Our lease was due to expire in October, and after calling a few places to compare around my husband and I decided we weren't going to find a nicer, bigger apartment for the great price we pay! We're here to stay!
