Pet Policies

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee for the first pet, and $200 nonrefundable pet fee for the second. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. We do not have a weight restriction, however aggressive and guardian breeds are prohibited.
