We are a newly remodeled, affordable community where we strive to satisfy our residents. We are located on the NW side of town with easy access to downtown and I-235. Our complex is close to shopping and on a bus line. Our units are all updated with newer carpet, kitchens, and appliances. Our office has a computer room that has Internet access. We have several units where heat is paid. Some of our two bedrooms have huge walk-in closets with a second bath off the master bedroom. Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and our goal is to always make sure the residents are happy. We are open M-F 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and we are willing to come in on the weekends if that is what it takes to show you your new home.
