4220 Grand is a great place to live. I myself lived at 4220 Grand with my family for 5 years and we loved it. We have great management and maintenance 24 hours a day. It is a quiet building with attentive management and maintenance. Residents are near everything they need, but tucked on Grand away from the hustle and bustle. They enjoy our great green space for fun with nature year-round and the outdoor pool in the summer. The Des Moines Art Center and beautiful Greenwood Park are also on Grand Avenue, just blocks away. There are many great restaurants and shops close by along Ingersoll Avenue.
