Pet Policies
Cat: Up to 2 are permitted
- Restrictions: Pet rent and non-refundable pet fee is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Cats are welcome in both our mid-rise buildings and our high-rise building.
- Rent: $35.00 Fee: $350.00
Dog: Up to 2 are permitted
- Restrictions: No weight limit in mid-rise buildings; 15lb weight limit for dogs in high-rise. Dog rent is $35/mo for dogs under 35lbs, $50/mo for dogs 36-79lbs and $100/month for dogs over 80lbs. Our apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
