Pet Policies
Cat: Up to 2 are permitted
- Restrictions: Pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $100 for the second. Dogs allowed in units beginning with numbers '3' and '4.' In units beginning with 3, pet rent is $50 for dogs 39lbs or less; $60 for dogs 40lbs or more. In units beginning with 4, pet rent is $70 for dogs 39lbs or less and $80 for dogs 40lbs or more.

However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
