Cat: Up to 2 Cats Allowed. Cats are allowed but must be kept inside or on a leash. Cats are not permitted to free roam the community. Restrictions: No breed restrictions apply to cats. Weight: No Limit. Fees: $150.00, $150.00 Dog: Up to 2 Small and Large Dogs Allowed. Up to 2 pets total are permitted per apartment. Dogs over 50 lbs require a monthly pet rent of $25. Small and Large dogs are allowed, however we do have breed & agressive behavior restrictions. Restrictions: Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog and any hybrid of mixed breed of one of these breeds. Size: Large, Weight: +50 lbs = fee. Fees: $250.00, $25.00, $250.00
