- Carrington Ridge is a pet-friendly apartment community! We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment community, with a 70 pound weight limit/pet. There is a $250 pet fee/pet and a $5 pet rent/month/pet. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT.
