Pet Policies
Dog: Up to 2 are permitted

- No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home with a total pet weight limit of 50 lbs. There will be a $350 charge (one-time non refundable fee) per unit. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. There is a $10 monthly pet rent per unit. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
