Deerfield is a neighborhood in Alpharetta, Georgia, roughly 35 minutes north of Atlanta. The community is situated off of Deerfield Parkway, but several major roadways traverse the area; these include State Highway 9, 120 and 400, as well as U.S. Highway 19.
