Dog: Up to 2 are permitted
- Restrictions: $25/mo. for dogs <50lbs; 51lbs+ are $40/mo. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home, with no weight restrictions. Our apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.
