Crestwood Apartments for Rent

The Crestwood neighborhood lines the section of Crestwood Boulevard South that is enclosed by Okeechobee Boulevard and Southern Boulevard. The community is on the south side of downtown Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and approximately 13 miles west of downtown West Palm Beach. Crestwood is home to residential homes, public facilities and schools, and various businesses.

In the heart of Crestwood is the 65-acre Preservation Park. This facility provides a large recreation center featuring a gymnasium, weight rooms, and two hockey rinks. Outdoors, the park offers playground equipment and various athletic fields and courts.

The north side of the neighborhood is home to County of Palm Beach Library and Royal Palm Beach Cultural Center. The center focuses on providing family-oriented activities for the community, including cultural events, concerts, and theatrical performances. The library is on the south side of Village Royale Shopping Plaza, which provides many fast food establishments. On the east side of the plaza is Publix Super Market.

The south section of Crestwood contains a Publix Super Market, fast food establishments, family restaurants, and locally owned businesses. In between these sections of business and surrounding the park are pockets of residential homes. The residences are primarily single-family detached homes, many of which are within walking distance to Preservation Park.

Near the northeast corner of Preservation Park are Cypress Trails Elementary School and Crestwood Community Middle School. Like the park, both of these schools are within walking distance for many Crestwood residents. Approximately one mile south of the neighborhood is Wellington High School and two miles to the northeast is Royal Palm Beach Community High School.
