West Bay is a neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. The neighborhood is framed by Sheldon Road to the east and Memorial Highway to the west and south. Roads in the neighborhood include Oasis Palm Drive, West Bay Boulevard, Southbay Drive, Memorial Highway, Long Bay Lane, Short Bay Place, Elliott Drive, and Baycoast Drive. Most of the homes in the area were built after 1990, and have a detached home average value of $365,000.
