Sunny Grove is a neighborhood in Clearwater, Fla. It is located south of Gulf to Bay Boulevard, north of Druid Road, and Edenville Avenue to the west. The neighborhood is made up entirely of mobile homes. In fact, there are numerous communities throughout the Clearwater area that are mobile home communities, most of which are retirement communities.

Sunny Grove is located in a great place for a variety of activities. One of the best that is the closest to Sunny Grove can be found off of the Progress Energy Trail, less than half a mile from the neighborhood. The trail is made up of several miles of pavement that go throughout the general area and is extremely popular with area residents, especially on nice days. The trail is perfect for walking, running, skating, and cycling. The additional distance is great for those looking to add some extra distance to their workout.

Located just off of Gulf to Bay Boulevard is the Clearwater Mall. The mall is one of the largest shopping destinations in the area, providing several different retail options for area shoppers. Some of the stores at the mall include Target, Borders, Men’s Warehouse, Catherine’s, Game Stop, Ross, Famous Footwear, Nine West, PetSmart, Michael’s Arts and Crafts, and Lowe’s Home Improvement Center. The mall is also popular with area diners, with numerous major name brand restaurants.

On the southern edge of the Sunny Grove neighborhood is the McMullen Tennis Complex. This large complex has more than a dozen tennis courts with both hard and clay surface areas. It is well known for having some of the best individual training around, several different leagues, and, of course, tournaments. The complex caters to players of a variety of skill levels and even different age groups. The complex is also very well maintained and has great lighting for night play.
