Random Oaks is a neighborhood in Brandon, Florida. The neighborhood is part of the 33569 zip code and is located to the south of Watson and Wellman Drive, east of Watson Road, and north of Dutch Iris Drive. Homes in the area are mostly modern with the majority built after 1980.
Residents of Random Oaks are moderately educated with the majority of adults having at least some college education, many of which have at least a Bachelor’s Degree. Most of the households consist of couples that are married with almost half of all households having at least one child.
The large number of children in the Random Oaks neighborhood combined with low-traffic streets makes for a very active community. There are also four tennis courts that get regular play throughout the year.
For shopping, the best destination is easily the Brandon Town Center Mall to the north. This huge mall has well over a hundred stores offering a wide assortment of products and services by some of the biggest brand names. The mall is also known for its plethora of restaurants which offer an excellent variety of flavors inspired by countries around the world.
