Lucy Dell is a large mobile home community in the Wesley Chapel area. Wesley Chapel is north of the greater Tampa region. The Lucy Dell neighborhood is framed by Terrace Boulevard to the north, Lucy Drive to the south, New River Road to the west, and Kah Drive to the east.

In the Lucy Dell community, seclusion is definitely the word of the day. Located well off the beaten path, Lucy Dell is in a very sparsely populated section of Wesley Chapel. It is, however, a popular area for out-of-town residents to come with recreational vehicles, with numerous RV parks nearby, including Leisure Days RV Resort and Ralph’s Travel Park.

To the north of Lucy Dell is the busiest road in the area, State Road 54. This road provides access to most of the biggest destinations throughout the area and is a vital link to city life.

Just east on State Road 54 is the New River Library. This library may be small, but it is a major part of the community. In addition to offering book checkouts and research for students, it has Internet access that is popular with visitors staying in the RV parks throughout the area.

Northwest of Lucy Dell is one of the many area golf courses. With visitors from around the country traveling to the area for recreation, many golf courses are spread throughout the area. The Links of Lake Bernadette are popular in the area with residents and visitors alike. With close proximity to many of the area RV parks, it is only a short drive for a game of golf. The course is part of a larger clubhouse that has a professional shop, fitness center, several tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool, and even a playground for the children. The clubhouse is also relatively family-oriented.
