The community of Cloverplace is located in the city of Palm Harbor, Florida. This lush neighborhood is on the southeast side of town and is only minutes from downtown Tampa. Cloverplace is bordered by County Road 752 to the south, Lake St. George Drive to the east, Highlands Boulevard to the north, and US 19 to the west. US 19 and County Road 752 will both bring residents into to downtown Tampa.

All the children in the Cloverplace community attend Highland Lakes Elementary School, Palm Harbor Middle School, and Palm Harbor University High School. The Graduates of Palm Harbor University High School can attend The University of Tampa to obtain a degree in one of many subjects.

Cloverplace has one major shopping center nearby – Coral Landings Shopping Center. This shopping center has several major retailers and restaurants, including a pharmacy and supermarket. Coral Landings Shopping Center is northwest of Cloverplace and is easily accessible to residents off of US 19.

There are two major lakes for residents to take advantage of near Cloverplace. The larger of the two lakes is Lake Tarpon. Lake Tarpon is just a few miles to the northeast of Cloverplace and is a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. This lake offers fishing, boating, swimming, and many beaches for residents to enjoy a weekend away from home. The smaller of the two lakes is Saint George Lake. This lake is a spot for residents to go and enjoy the beautiful scenery, relax by the water’s edge, or do a little fishing to pass the time.
