Chman Ridge is a neighborhood in Clearwater, Florida. The major roadways surrounding the neighborhood include Sunset Point Road to the north, Frontgate Road to the east, Belcher Road to the west, and Old Coachman Road and State Highway 590 to the south. Many of the homes in the area are somewhat older with trees surrounding the area. Virtually every home in Chman Ridge has an in-ground swimming pool, which is a major part of entertaining for many area residents.

Residents in the neighborhood can often be seen out walking their dogs, running, or even cycling through the neighborhood, taking advantage of the low traffic on the streets. Children frequently play basketball or toss a football around throughout the neighborhood.

For shopping, the easiest destination is the local Wal-Mart, which is located less than a mile away off Frontgate Road. Further north on the same road is where numerous other major retailers are located, including Old Navy, Radio Shack, Sports Authority, Staples, Bed Bath and Beyond, Comp USA, and Barnes and Noble to name a few.

South of Coachman Road is the Royal Racquet Club. This club has 12 tennis courts that are frequently used throughout the year for individual lessons, league play for different age groups, and even tournaments. The courts are also used for regular individual and doubles play.

Just west of the neighborhood, along Old Coachman Road, is the Ream Wilson Trail which can be picked up at the Long Center. This long trail goes throughout the surrounding area, providing miles of safe trail that is loved by the walkers, runners, and cyclists taking advantage of the trail each and every day. The trail connects to several different parks providing great stopping points for those looking to get the most out of their exercise.
