Tucked among trees and lakes beyond Tampa Bay, the suburban village of Brandon Traces is located near Brandon in Hillsborough County. Brandon Trace Drive defines the neighborhood to the north, Tarah Trace Drive to the south, Lakewood Drive to the east, and Williams Road to the west. The community is one mile from Interstate 75 and just 20 minutes from the Tampa area.
Children in the region can attend well-rated Schmidt Elementary School, Frost Elementary School, Mann Middle School, and Brandon High School. College students have a brief one-mile commute to Hillsborough Community College. The area is also close to Nova Southeastern, Southwest Florida College, and Rasmussen College-Tampa.

Westfield Brandon Mall three miles to the south features stores like Macy’s, JC Penney, and Dillard’s and nationally-known restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory. Across the street, Regency Square houses popular stores and a movie theater. Many more shops are located along the retail district’s West Brandon Boulevard.
