Fishing and watersports enthusiasts have easy access via Interstate 10 to Escambia Bay, which lies less than ten minutes away. Escambia Bay leads to the Gulf of Mexico, and numerous charters are available at Pensacola Harbour. In addition, several areas have boat ramps for residents to bring their boats for a day in the bay. For a nice drive, residents can wheel along the Scenic Highway (Highway 90), which frames Escambia Bay.
