Oak Hollow is a scenic bayside community in northeastern Pensacola, Florida. The community sits approximately seven miles from the heart of the downtown area, which is roughly a 15-minute drive. This small residential neighborhood is located just west of Escambia Bay and east of Spanish Trail Road, and is immediately bounded by US Highway 90 on the east and Canopy Road on the north. Just two streets traverse this subdivision: Canopy Road and Dunleith Place. Twenty-six single-family home sites of various sizes can be found along these streets. The homes and lots along Canopy are much more spacious, but the entirety of this neighborhood could be considered quite affluent. Even the smaller lots along Dunlieth offer impressive homes, well-manicured lots and backyard swimming pools.
Residents of this desirable community enjoy scenic views of the nearby bay, as well as easy access to the outdoor recreation options, a big benefit for boat owners and avid anglers. Many parks can also be found within a few minutes of Oak Hollow, including Hitzman Optimist Park and Lavallet Park. The latter is one of the largest parks in the area, offering a picnic shelter, a walking path, playground equipment and roughly five acres of land to explore.
This community is also less than one mile east of the Pensacola Regional Airport, which is convenient for frequent travelers. The airport is surrounded by a number of essential services that are convenient to Oak Hollow as well, including a major medical center and a number of respected schools and higher education options.
