The Crestwood neighborhood is situated in the 32514 zip code and is centrally located between Ensley and Ferry Pass. The John R. Jones Jr. Athletic Complex is less than a mile to the north. West Florida Hospital is less than two miles to the east of Crestwood.

Crestwood has a rural look and feel, but there are a variety of shopping outlets that surround the area. Both Kmart and the Walmart Supercenter are less than two miles to the northwest. University Mall and other various big box stores are about two miles to the southeast. There are also many dining and entertainment venues that surround these shopping areas.

Key areas that surround Crestwood include Escambia Bay which is about four miles to the east. Pensacola State College and Pensacola Regional Airport are approximately four miles to the southeast of Crestwood.
