Sited along portions of Coral Creek Road, Coral Reef Road, Caribbean Drive and several surrounding streets, the Coral Creek Two neighborhood is located to the north of its counterpart, Coral Creek One, on Pensacola’s southeast side. The subdivision is bordered by South Blue Angel Parkway to the north and west, Dog Track Road to the east, and Sorrento Road to the south. Winding roads, room to roam and easy access to major roadways make Coral Creek Two a desirable community that offers a quick commute to several major amenities.
An assortment of area schools are within minutes of the neighborhood, including Pleasant Grove Elementary School and Blue Angel Early Learning Center, both of which are located within a mile of the community. Jim C. Bailey Middle School is fewer than 5 miles to the southeast along Sorrento Road, and Escambia High School is a 15-minute commute to the northeast.
College students interested in aviation can travel eight miles to attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautic University, which offers more than 40 bachelor’s degree programs ranging from aerospace engineering and applied meteorology to human factors psychology and computer science. The university, which also offers a series of master’s and doctoral degree programs, is the only accredited university in the world dedicated solely to aviation studies.
Residents of the Coral Creek Two community intrigued by the cultural and historical aspects of Pensacola will benefit from easy access to a myriad of museums, including the Pensacola Museum of Art which showcases works by nationally and internationally acclaimed artists. The Civil War Soldiers Museum boasts 4,000 square feet of exhibits explaining the city’s role in the war.
