Cordova Mall has many shops, such as Victoria’s Secret and Lane Bryant, and it’s only a mile and half from Caswell Terrace. Its restaurants like Red Robin and Romano’s Macaroni Grill are popular.

Caswell Terrace and its surrounding areas are popular for a wide variety of students. Pensacola Junior College is a mile south of the neighborhood. The 1,600-acre University of West Florida is about three and a half miles north of the community. It offers a wide variety of majors and areas of study for students. Fortis College, a small college, is a mile and a half northeast of Caswell Terrace.
