Beaulin is on the west side of Pensacola in Escambia County, next to Davenport Bayou. The Florida neighborhood can be accessed by traveling South Navy Boulevard to East Sunset Avenue, then turning onto Creary Street. Central Pensacola is 13 minutes away by car, and Perdido Key is one-half hour away.
The community is a quiet and rural, with many of the homes set well away from the road. Shopping and other amenities are available along South Navy Boulevard, and the Southgate Shopping Center is less than two miles north. The closest park is Corry Park, just over one-half mile away, off Barrancas Avenue.
The Escambia County School District provides public education for the children of Beaulin. The closest schools are St. John the Evangelist Catholic School, Warrington Elementary School and Judy Andrews Alternative High School. College students can attend Troy University, Pensacola Junior College or Virginia College.
Religious services in the vicinity are held at the Warrington Presbyterian Church, First Baptist Church of Warrington, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Warrington United Methodist Church and Warrington Baptist Church.
Fans of the performing arts will find a wealth of choice in the surrounding area. The Pensacola Little Theatre presents dramatic and musical performances to both youth and adult audiences. Residents also find entertainment at the Seville Quarter, a nightlife complex featuring themed performances; the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds; and the Farmer’s Opry House, which offers bluegrass, country, and gospel music, as well as overnight camping.
