Other lakes nearby that water sports and boaters will enjoy include Black, Roberts, Crescent, Avalon, Florence, and Minnehaha.
It’s a very family-friendly community, with many well-reviewed schools within easy walking or driving distance. Children attend Oakland Avenue Charter School, Tildenville Elementary School, Whispering Oak Elementary School, and Foundation Academy. Older students attend West Orange High School, which is noted for the academic achievements of its students.
