Foxhaven is a scenic neighborhood on the southeast side of Winter Haven, Florida, not far from Cypress Gardens and about one hour south of Orlando. This community is nestled along the eastern shores of Lake Fox. A loop, created by Red Fox Drive, Foxhollow Drive, and East Lake Fox Drive, defines the neighborhood boundaries. In total, Foxhaven spans about .195 square miles, which includes a good portion of Lake Fox. It is primarily residential and made up of several dozen single-family homes, several of which directly border the lake. As of 2009, about 270 people called this neighborhood home.

Lake Fox provides opportunities for outdoor recreation close to home, but this is just one of many dozen lakes within a short drive of Foxhaven. Other attractions include Lake Daisy, Lake Dexter, Lake Ruby, and Lake Winterset. Although not every lake in the area is famous for outdoor recreation, residents have many options for fishing, boating, and other water-related fun activities.

Residents of this community are just a few minutes north of State Highway 540, which hosts a variety of popular commercial offerings, including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, bank, and pharmacy. The Eagle Ridge Mall and Shoppes on the Ridge are just a short drive from here, as well.

Golfers living in Foxhaven may belong to the Lake Region Golf Club, located a few miles to the north, along the southern shores of Lake Hamilton.

For more shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife, Foxhaven residents may travel into nearby Orlando, in which one may find plenty to see and do. Among the major attractions to the north are popular and famous theme parks, like Walt Disney World and Seaworld Orlando.
