We welcome your pets here at The Preserve at Longleaf. * Maximum of two (2) cats or dogs with a combined weight of 200 pounds. * Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited at the property including, but not limited to the following: * Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheppard, Great Danes, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Mastiffs, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid, and any mix breed or other breed determined prohibited by management. * If, in the landlord's sole discretion, it is determined that the Applicant's/Resident's pet is one of these breeds or a mix thereof, Landlord may insist on the immediate removal or may request that Applicant/Resident bring the pet to a veterinarian as chosen by the Landlord for identification of the breed. * The list of breeds prohibited at the property may be changed at any time and without any notice. Animals trained to assist disabled individuals are always permitted. * Pet Fee: $100 (non-refundable) for 1st pet. * $100 (non-refundable) for 2nd pet. * $200 (non-refundable) for pets over 45 pounds. * Pet Rent: $25 per month for 1st pet. * $15 per month for 2nd pet.
