Suseda Park is on the northern fringe of Melbourne in Brevard County, Florida. The neighborhood is bordered by Murrell Road and Viera Boulevard. It is an 11-minute drive from central Rockledge and 20 minutes from downtown Melbourne.
The Suseda Park area is close to Interstate 95, providing an easy commute. The community has a small park on the south end, also called Suseda Park. The park has a picnic area and playground, as well as walkways and a quaint pedestrian bridge. Residents are close to Viera shopping, dining, and entertainment. Rave Motion Pictures, which features the latest movie releases, is just over a mile away.

Baseball fans can catch the Brevard County Manatees playing a game at the nearby Space Coast Stadium. Suseda Park is close enough to Orlando to make a visit to Disney World an easy day trip.
